Unlike standard thin peshtemals, our premium textiles are flat-woven to be lusciously thick while remaining incredibly soft to the touch. The fibers absorb moisture instantly and dry rapidly, getting softer and more absorbent with every wash.

Cross-stitch embroidery is an important part of traditional Greek folk art used to decorate clothing and home interiors, with symbols of guidance and protection. Each region has a distinctive style, making cross-stitch embroidery both a marker of cultural expression and local identity in Greece. These handcrafted goods are a valuable part of Hellenic artistic and domestic heritage.

The matia (or evil eye) symbolizes protection against envy and malevolent intent, believed to ward off misfortune and harm caused by jealous or hostile gazes.

These cross stitched matias where handmade with love in the Peloponnese region of Greece by artist Paraskevi Arbaniti. Each talisman is on a braided cord, giving the option to be hung in areas which require attention. The measurements are as follows:

Celebrate Turkish tradition with a yazma scarf — a hand-printed cotton treasure adorned with delicate oya lace. Each design tells a story through its colors and motifs, reflecting love, heritage, and craftsmanship passed down through generations. Timeless, meaningful, and made with care, a yazma carries the art and soul of Türkiye.

Oya is the intricate lace or crochet edging that borders each yazma, crafted entirely by hand. Beyond decoration, oya once carried hidden meanings — its patterns and colors silently expressing emotions like affection, hope, or longing.

These beautiful Turkish Yazma scarves include hand blocked floral design and handmade oya lace tatted and beaded border. All detail work is done by hand. These scarves are made in Turkiye, and are all one of a kind. For the measurements and condition details of each scarf see below.

Amethyst: 34” x 34”. This is a newer Yazma which was probably made between 2010-2020, and it is in mint condition.

Aqua: 30” x 30”. This is a newer Yazma which was probably made between 2010-2020, and it is in mint condition.

Cornflower: 33” x 33”. This is a vintage Yazma, which was made before 2000. It is in very good condition.

Lavender: 34” x 33”. This is a vintage Yazma, which was made before 2000. It has one small area where the weave is coming loose. See photo of flaw at bottom of images.

Lilac: 35” x 33”. This is a newer Yazma which was probably made between 2010-2020, and it is in mint condition.

Mahogany: 31” x 30”. This is a vintage Yazma, which was made before 2000. There is some fading on the creases. See photo of fading at bottom of images.

Mint: 35” x 35”. This is a newer Yazma which was probably made between 2010-2020, and it is in mint condition.

Peach: 32” x 34”. This is a newer Yazma which was probably made between 2010-2020, and it is in mint condition.

Turquoise: 29” x 31”. This is a vintage Yazma, which was made before 2000. It has two small snags. See photo of snags at bottom of images.

You won’t be a shrinking violet wearing one of these bold and joyful sun hats, made in Uzbekistan with unique and colorful ikat prints. With a wide brim and a bold print your style might even outshine the sun.

There is only one of each hat available. I selected each one in Uzbekistan, where they were manufactured. The hats are made of varying sizes, as noted below. All hats include snaps, which allows the brim to be pinned back from the face or worn down, depending on how much coverage you want from the sun.

When shipped each hat will be folded in half, and the brim will be creased. You may use an iron set to the cotton heat if you would like a flat brim, however it is not necessary. The hats bend into shape quite well. If your brim needs to be freshened up at any time you can easily flatten it out with a quick iron.

Lavender: Brim measures 5.75” and the circumference of the hat is 22”. This hat has one snap on the front and the back for snapping up the brim.

Hearts: Brim measures 7” and the circumference of the cap is 23”. This hat includes two snaps for both the front and the back for snapping up the brim.

Stone 1: Brim measures 7.25” and the circumference of the cap is 22.25”. This hat includes two snaps for both the front and the back for snapping up the brim.

Stone 2: Brim measures 7.25” and the circumference of center of cap is 22”. This hat includes two snaps for both the front and the back for snapping up the brim.

Sea: Brim measures 7.25” and the circumference of the center cap is 23”. This hat includes two snaps for both the front and the back for snapping up the brim.

Milky Way: Brim measures 7.25” and the circumference of the center cap is 23. This hat does not have any snaps on the brim.

New Ukrainian piano shawl, inspired by the traditional design, in yellow. Each shawl features a floral motif and knotted fringe, measuring 49.2” x 49.2”. The fabric is a soft woven acrylic, with vibrant saturated colors.

This shawl is timeless and practical year round. It is gorgeous worn as a coverup with your favorite dress, and it pairs well with a warm coat in cooler weather. It can also be used as a table cloth or bed covering.

Care instructions: hand wash in cool water or dry clean. Iron on a low setting.

Gorgeous handmade textile and jacket by Georgian designer Lasha Devdariani. This jacket is one of a kind. It is perfect as a lightweight jacket to wear over dresses or casual attire and it can also be layered over sweaters for more warmth. The textile is unique, a gorgeous cotton with black lattice work cut to show a vibrant rainbow of colors in floral and snowflake motifs.

Gorgeous boots, made with hand embroidered velvet Suzani from Uzbekistan and lined with lambskin. Each pair of boots is one of a kind, no two are alike. The embroidery comes from authentic Uzbek Suzani and each pair of boots is handmade in Turkiye. Boots are incredibly comfortable and high quality, featuring YKK zippers, leather insoles, neolite outer soles and wooden heels.

Samarkand is a silk road city in Uzbekistan known for it’s history and architecture, symbolized by the embroidery motif featured in the design.

Height from sole to top measures @ 15” and heel is 1.25” high.

The diameter of the calve is approximately 17”. There is an elastic that can be released by making a small cut in the leather to expand it 1-2” more. Because the boots are lined with lambskin they will mold to the form of your leg and foot over time.

Beautiful backpack, handmade in Türkiye from a repurposed Anatolian Kilim and finished with high quality black genuine leather. This unique backpack is a luxurious, one of a kind, statement piece. It’s a practical staple accessory that is perfect for travel or every day use.

Ornate embroidered choker fashion accessory. Inspired by the Anatolia region of Turkey, which is known for its beautiful loom woven kilims. Each choker features an embroidered design motif specific to the region, and measures 2.25” wide x 13.5” long with an additional 1/2” length from the elastic.
